Tree Seedling Distribution

One of the significant public relations programs of the Conservation District is the tree seedling program. This program funds the District's educational programs as well as providing us with the opportunity to meet and talk to many people who would not ordinarily visit us. For example; homeowners who want a couple of seedlings that will grow to shade their home, who want to plant trees to act as a property boundary, who want to plant Christmas trees or who want to plant something just to watch it grow.

All orders must be received at the Conservation District office by
Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

19 different species available this year.  Click here for a list and tree description.  Click here for an order form.  Orders are to be picked up on April 24 & 25 2008.

If you live in Clinton County and would like additional information on any of these programs, please contact the Clinton County Conservation District at (570) 726-3798.

For other counties: please contact your local conservation district and ask if they take part in this program.
