Formed in 1995, the Clinton County MIS Department has accomplished many milestones in a short period of time. By creating a County/Community Network, we are able to more efficiently share data and resources between various entities eliminating data duplication, therefore saving time and tax dollars. We service all County offices in addition to the Clinton County Economic Partnership, Soil Conservation Offices, and the City of Lock Haven.
