ORDER

November 13, 2007

The Court schedule for the calendar year 2008 shall be as follows:

1.

Court will be in continuous session pursuant to the attached calendar beginning promptly at 8:30 A.M. unless otherwise scheduled.  Normally a Judge will be available each morning at 8:00 A.M. for miscellaneous motions.

2.

All juvenile matters shall be the primary responsibility of Judge Craig P. Miller.

3.

All child support and Orphans' Court matters shall be the primary responsibility of President Judge J. Michael Williamson.

4.

The Prothonotary shall distribute a copy of this Order to all attorneys presently practicing before this Court.  A copy of the attached schedule shall be posted in a prominent place in the offices of the Prothonotary and the Register and Recorder.

5.

The Court schedule for 2008 and this Schedule Order shall be posted on the Clinton County Courthouse web page located at www.clintoncountypa.com/calendar.htm.
