Each year the Conservation District provides
and distributes conservation booklets to all elementary grade students of
Clinton County. In 1999 - 2000, there were approximately 5,000 booklets
distributed that focus on conservation of natural resources. Appropriately, the
profits from sales of tree seedlings each year are used to purchase these
booklets.
